Joining us at Feast Canteen are one of London’s most popular Vietnamese restaurants, Salvation in Noodles - founded in 2014 and now in two locations Dalston and Finsbury Park. Colin Tu, the owner, was truly excited at the prospect of serving‘traditional, home-style Vietnamese food in a modern way’, something he felt was missing in London despite there being many good, established Vietnamese restaurants.
We’re looking forward to welcoming Colin and the team to Feast Canteen!
Matt and Tommy from Other Side Fried set out to make the best fried chicken and dirty food around – DIRTY DONE PROPER, as they like to call it!
Their buttermilk chicken recipes are top secret (one copy is hidden away in the back of a book) and they first served their newly created chicken from the back of an old ambulance, bought off Ebay. They started trading from the kerbside and went on to launch their first site at Pop Brixton in 2016, followed by Peckham Levels in 2017 and a dedicated ‘strip bar’ in KERB Camden. We can’t wait to have them at Feast Canteen!
We are hugely excited to be bringing Sinchow to Hammersmith, where they will be serving up new twists on a traditional rice paper roll.
Their familiar prawn rolls will be on the menu, but also their best-selling hoisin duck and chicken satay alongside their vegan Cajun sweet potato. Roll-up and grab some rolls with a warming and nourishing bone broth and try their brand-new snack the Sinchow Seaweed Rice-Crisps – watch out kale chips! Their rolls are low calorie, gluten free, dairy free and damn tasty.
